Boarding Services

Our temperature controlled, indoor boarding facility is designed to make your pet’s stay with us as comfortable as possible.  Food, treats, and bedding are provided, however; if your pet is on a special diet, please feel free to bring food with you.

 

Our canine boarding area is equipped with 8 small cages (for dogs up to 15 pounds), 3 medium cages (for dogs up to 25 pounds), 6 large cages (for dogs up to 50 pounds), 7 large runs and 2 extra large runs (for dogs of any size).  Our outdoor facility includes 2 large, fenced-in yards where dogs have one-on-one time with our kennel staff for exercise and play.

 

Our feline boarding area includes 24 cat condos, all located in a quiet room on our second floor.

 

Boarding rates are charged per night.  A deposit of $25 is required for holiday reservations.  If your pet needs to be administered medication, there is a fee of $5.30 a day.  Please bring the medication in its original container with the drug label affixed.  If any problems occur while your pet is boarding, you will be contacted and your pet will be treated with your consent.

 

Drop-Off and Pick-Up  Times

• Monday – Friday: 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
• Saturday: 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
• Sunday: 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.  A convenience fee of $20 (per family) is charged for Sunday pick-up or drop-off.

 

For the safety of all of our guests, your pet must be up-to-date on vaccinations in order to be in our kennel for boarding or grooming services.  If your pet is not-up-to-date upon arrival, we would be happy to provide the necessary vaccinations/tests during your pet’s stay.  Please see below for species-specific requirements.

 

Medical Requirements for Canine Boarding

• Distemper/Parvo Vaccination (DAPP Booster) or Vaccine Titers
• Bordetella Vaccination (for kennel cough)
• Rabies Vaccination
• Negative Fecal Test (for intestinal parasites)

Medical Requirements for Feline Boarding

• Feline Rhinovirus Vaccination (FVRCP Booster)
• Rabies Vaccination

 

For rates and availability, please call our office at (704) 544-6313.  Reservations can also be made through your Pet Portal.  If you do not have a Pet Portal account, you can create one by clicking on the link found on our homepage.  It is recommended that holiday reservations be made as far in advance as possible.  We have a relatively small boarding facility and often fill quickly.

 

 

Grooming Services

Treat your pet to a salon day!  We offer a variety of grooming services performed by our dedicated kennel staff, found below:

• Bath using our skin soothing Aloe & Oatmeal Shampoo
• Anal Sac Expression done internally to ensure complete expression
• Nail trim using a manual nail-trimming tool
• Nail Trim with Dremel done with manual nail-trimming tool then followed with an electric Dremel tool to smooth nail tips
• Furmination dry brush-out using a Furminator to remove unwanted undercoat
• Ear Cleaning using our Cucumber Melon and Aloe ear cleaning solution
• Full service grooming including a nail trim, ear cleaning, anal sac expression, bath, blow-dry, brush out, and breed specific cut or shave

 

Please call to schedule an appointment to drop your pet off for full service grooming, baths, and Furminations.  No appointments are necessary for nail trims or anal sac expressions.
