During our regular office hours, we do our best to assist pets in urgent situations; however, we may not be fully equipped to handle all emergencies, such as severe trauma cases (e.g., hit-by-car injuries). If your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call us at 704-544-6313 before heading over, if possible. This allows our team to assess the situation and guide you to the best care option for your pet's needs.
If an emergency occurs outside of our normal office hours, call the emergency pet care facility nearest you. Never wait to seek treatment for your pet until the next business day. This poses a significant risk to your pet's health and life.
